Caring Cafe welcomes caregivers and their loved ones for Nov. 9 session at Sudbury Senior Center

The Sudbury Senior Center invites all caregivers and the loved ones you are caring for to join them for the next session of their Caring Café on Monday, November 9.

This is a wonderful opportunity to get out with your loved one and have an enjoyable experience in a supportive and accepting environment.  It is open to anyone in the community accompanied by their caregiver.  Make friends, enjoy refreshments, conversation, and other engaging activities. The November session will include lunch prepared by Pleasantries Adult Day and Consulting Services.

The Caring Café will be held at the Sudbury Senior Center (40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA) on Monday, November 9 from 12:30-2 p.m. It is facilitated by Sudbury Senior Center Information and Referral Specialist Anne Manning, LMHC, and Tammy Pozerycki, MA, CDP, the Owner & Director of Pleasantries Adult Day and Consulting Services.
