The Create a Better Day Cafe in Marlborough and the Comfort Food Caring Cafe in Sudbury continue to provide support to those caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or another dementia, with next sessions set for Feb. 26 and 27, respectively.

Two of the area's memory cafes have some scheduling notes for the upcoming meetings. The Create A Better Day Cafe in Marlborough will note be meeting in December due to the Christmas holiday, while the Comfort Food Caring Cafe in Sudbury will now meet on the fourth Monday of each month, starting on January 23 from 12-2 p.m.

The Create A Better Day Cafe will hold its next session on Sunday, November 27 at Pleasantries in Marlborough. The Caring Cafe will hold its next session at the Sudbury Senior Center on Friday, December 2. These cafes are unique programs offering both caregivers of people with Alzheimer's or another dementia and their loved ones a chance for some respite and socialization.
