If you would like to speak to someone directly, help is also available by phone at the following numbers:

  • Emergencies: If this is an emergency, call 911 for immediate help.
  • Caregiving Support: To speak with a Caregiver Specialist about a question or concern, please call BayPath Elder Services at 508-573-7200 and ask for the Information and Referral Department - Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Website: If you have a question about our website, please call Caregiving MetroWest Program Director Douglas Flynn at 508-573-7371 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. -or- email CGMWinfo@baypath.org.
  • Reporting Abuse: To report elder abuse, neglect or financial exploitation, please call the Elder Abuse Hotline at 1-800-922-2275.
