The Sudbury Senior Center is hosting  a workshop to help. "Coping with Grief and Loss During the Holidays" will be held on Monday, Dec. 14 at 10 a.m. It will be facilitated by Nancy Duffy, MA, BC of Beacon Hospice.

All are welcome to attend and there will be a lunch following the workshop. Please RSVP to Anne Manning, LMHC at 978-443-3055.

The Sudbury Senior Center is located at 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
